  • 4 bell peppers
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 200 grams cooked rice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 400 grams tomato sauce

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
Step 3
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.

Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Step 5
Stir in the cooked rice, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.

Stuff each bell pepper with the meat and rice mixture, then place them in a baking dish.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the stuffed peppers.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
