  • 500 g Brussels sprouts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves.

Cut the Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the Brussels sprouts to the skillet, cut side down, and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until browned.
