  • 50 grams bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 2 green onions
  • 500 grams ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, grated ginger, finely chopped green onions, chopped cilantro, fish sauce, soy sauce, red curry paste, bread crumbs, and egg. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
Step 2
Using your hands, shape the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
Step 3
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 4
Add the chicken balls to the skillet and cook until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Step 5
Remove the chicken balls from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
Step 6
Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
