  • 180 ml 7UP soda
  • 340 g butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 375 g flour
  • 5 ml lemon extract
  • 600 g sugar
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a Bundt cake pan.

In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Step 3
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Step 4
Gradually add the flour to the mixture, mixing until just combined.
Step 5
Stir in the 7UP soda, lemon extract, and vanilla extract until the batter is smooth.
Step 6
Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt cake pan and spread it evenly.
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for about 70-80 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
