Ingredients

  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 L chicken broth
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 450 g Italian sausage
  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 onion
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
In a large pot, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
Step 2
In the same pot, add diced onion and cook until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Step 3
Add the chicken broth, bring to a boil, then add the sliced potatoes. Cook until the potatoes are tender, about 10-15 minutes.
Step 4
Stir in the cooked sausage, chopped kale, heavy cream, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for another 5-10 minutes until the kale is tender.
Step 5
Serve hot and enjoy your Tuscan Soup.
