  • 125 grams all-purpose flour
  • 8 grams baking powder
  • 9 fresh peaches
  • 200 grams granulated sugar
  • 5 grams ground cinnamon
  • 240 ml milk
  • 1 gram salt
  • 115 grams unsalted butter

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches and half of the granulated sugar. Mix well and set aside.
Step 3
In another bowl, combine the remaining sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
Step 4
Add the milk to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Step 5
Pour the melted butter into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Step 6
Pour the batter over the melted butter, but do not stir.
Step 7
Spoon the peach mixture evenly over the batter. Do not stir.
Step 8
Sprinkle ground cinnamon over the top.
Step 9
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the crust comes out clean.
