  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 60 ml lemon juice
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Step 2
Add chicken thighs to the bowl and mix well to coat them with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the chicken thighs for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
