Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 sheet nori
  • 2 tbsp pickled ginger
  • 4 radish
  • 4 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 200 g sashimi-grade fish
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 300 g sushi rice
  • 1 tsp wasabi

Directions

Step 1
Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
Step 2
Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
Step 3
In a small saucepan, heat the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until the sugar dissolves. Allow to cool.
Step 4
Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a large bowl and gently fold in the vinegar mixture. Allow the rice to cool to room temperature.
Step 5
Prepare the toppings by slicing the sashimi-grade fish, cucumber, avocado, and radishes.
Step 6
Divide the sushi rice into bowls.
Step 7
Arrange the sashimi, cucumber, avocado, and radish slices on top of the rice.
Step 8
Sprinkle with nori strips.
Step 9
Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger on the side.
