  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 10 g ginger
  • 2 green onions
  • 30 ml lime juice
  • 15 ml sesame oil
  • 120 ml soy sauce

Directions

Step 1
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, chopped green onions, and lime juice to create the marinade.
Step 2
Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.

Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has an internal temperature of 75°C.
