Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Finely chop the stems and set aside.

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.

Add the chopped mushroom stems and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Stir in the seafood, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Stuff each mushroom cap with the seafood mixture, pressing it down slightly to ensure it's well-packed.
Step 7
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the mushrooms are tender.
