  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 200 grams radish greens
  • 1 teaspoons salt

Directions

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Step 3
Add the chopped radish greens to the skillet and cook, stirring frequently, until wilted, about 3-5 minutes.
Step 4
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
