  • 500 g all-purpose flour
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 10 g salt
  • 325 ml warm water
  • 7 g yeast

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the warm water and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until the yeast is dissolved and foamy.

Add the flour and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough starts to form.
Step 3
Add the olive oil and continue to knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours, or until it has doubled in size.
Step 5
Once the dough has risen, punch it down to release the air. Divide it into two equal portions.
Step 6
Roll out each portion on a floured surface to your desired thickness for your pizza crust.
Step 7
Add your favorite toppings and bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (482°F) for about 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
