  • 4 potatoes

  • 0.5 kg sausage

Directions

Step 1
Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.

Chop the onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper into small pieces.

Mince the garlic cloves.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
