Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow leaves. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half.

In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
