Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 30 g butter
  • 400 g fettuccine
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 250 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 200 g smoked salmon

Directions

Step 1
Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 3
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
Step 5
Add the smoked salmon pieces to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Step 6
Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until well combined.
Step 7
Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped fresh dill before serving.
