  • 180 ml 7 UP soda
  • 375 g all-purpose flour
  • 340 g butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp lemon extract
  • 600 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Step 3
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Step 4
Gradually add the flour to the butter mixture, mixing well.
Step 5
Stir in the lemon extract, vanilla extract, and 7 UP soda until well combined.
Step 6
Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for 70-80 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Step 8
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
