Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Shred the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces.

In a large pot, heat chicken broth over medium heat.

Add the mixed vegetables to the pot and cook until heated through.

Stir in the flour to thicken the broth, cooking for 2-3 minutes.

Add the shredded chicken to the pot and mix well.

Place one pie crust in the bottom of a pie dish.
