  • 500 g bok choy
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp water

Directions

Step 1
Wash and chop the bok choy into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 4
Add the chopped bok choy to the pan and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until it starts to wilt.
Step 5
Pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and water.
Step 6
Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the bok choy is tender.
Step 7
Serve immediately as a side dish or over rice.
