  • 450 grams cabbage
  • 240 grams cheddar cheese
  • 2 packages crescent roll dough
  • 450 grams ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is tender.
Step 3
Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook until the cabbage is tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Unroll one package of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

Spread the beef and cabbage mixture over the crescent roll dough in the baking dish.
Step 6
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the beef and cabbage mixture.
Step 7
Unroll the second package of crescent roll dough and place it over the cheese layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
