Directions
Step 1
Rinse the farro under cold water to remove any dust or debris.
Step 2
Add the rinsed farro, water, and salt to the Instant Pot.
Step 3
Secure the lid and set the valve to the sealing position.
Step 4
Select the Manual or Pressure Cook button and set the timer for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then carefully quick release any remaining pressure.
Step 6
Open the lid and fluff the farro with a fork before serving.
