Blend the fresh corn kernels with 2 cups of milk until smooth.

Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pot to remove any solids.

Add the remaining milk, sugar, and cinnamon stick to the pot.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a gentle boil.

In a small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in the water.

Slowly add the cornstarch mixture to the pot, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.

Reduce heat to low and continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens to a creamy consistency, about 10 minutes.
