  • 250 ml chicken broth
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 500 grams turnip greens

Directions

Step 1
Wash the turnip greens thoroughly and chop them.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté until the onion is translucent.

Add the chopped turnip greens to the pot and stir well to coat with the oil, onion, and garlic.

Pour in the chicken broth, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
