Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 240 ml chicken broth
  • 450 g kielbasa
  • 1 onion
  • 450 g potatoes
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 700 g sauerkraut

Directions

Step 1
Add sliced kielbasa, sauerkraut, potatoes, and onion to the Instant Pot.
Step 2
Pour chicken broth over the ingredients in the pot.
Step 3
Sprinkle caraway seeds, salt, and black pepper on top.
Step 4
Close the lid of the Instant Pot and set the valve to sealing.
Step 5
Select the manual setting and set the cooking time to 15 minutes on high pressure.
Step 6
Once the cooking time is complete, perform a quick release by moving the valve to venting.
Step 7
Open the lid carefully and stir the contents of the pot.
Step 8
