  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 green onions
  • 300 g kimchi
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Directions

Step 1
Chop the kimchi into bite-sized pieces.

Slice the cucumber and carrot into thin matchsticks.

Chop the green onions finely.

In a large bowl, combine the chopped kimchi, cucumber, carrot, and green onions.
