  • 250 ml apple cider
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 120 ml vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until well combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Mix in the apple cider and vanilla extract.
