  • 115 grams butter
  • 175 grams chocolate chips
  • 60 grams cocoa powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200 grams white sugar

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease an 8-inch round cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter together, stirring until smooth.

Stir in the sugar and cocoa powder until well combined.
Step 4
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
