  • 500 g beef steak
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 g flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 120 ml milk
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 500 ml vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Cut the beef steak into finger-sized strips.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix with milk.

Dip each steak strip into the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
