Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 4 Italian sausage
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the sliced bell peppers, onions, and cubed potatoes.

Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, dried oregano, and dried basil. Toss to coat evenly.

Place the seasoned vegetables in a large baking dish.
