  • 15 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 80 ml bourbon
  • 240 ml brown sugar
  • 30 ml Dijon mustard
  • 5 ml garlic powder
  • 5 ml onion powder
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 15 ml Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Step 1
In a medium saucepan, combine all the ingredients.
Step 2
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
Step 3
Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the glaze thickens.
Step 4
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before using.
Step 5
Brush the glaze over your cooked meats or vegetables and serve.
