  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 6 cups fresh peaches
  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine peeled and sliced peaches with half of the sugar and set aside.

In another bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add the milk and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Melt the butter and pour it into a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Pour the batter over the melted butter, but do not stir.

Spoon the peach mixture evenly over the batter. Do not mix.
