Ingredients

  • 200 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 250 ml milk
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Step 2
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vanilla extract, egg, and melted butter.
Step 3
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Step 4
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
Step 5
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
Step 6
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
Step 7
Serve pancakes warm, topped with sliced strawberries.
