Easy Bread Machine Pizza Dough

  • 2.5 tsp active dry yeast
  • 375 g all-purpose flour
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 235 ml warm water
  • 1 tbsp white sugar

Directions

Step 1
Place warm water, olive oil, flour, salt, sugar, and yeast into the bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
Step 2
Select the Dough cycle and start the machine.
Step 3
Once the cycle is complete, remove the dough from the machine and place it on a lightly floured surface.
Step 4
Cover the dough with a clean cloth and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
Step 5
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
Step 6
Roll out the dough to your desired thickness and shape on a floured surface.
Step 7
Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
Step 8
Add your favorite toppings and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
