  • 360 g bread flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 240 ml water

Directions

Add water, olive oil, salt, and sugar to the bread machine pan.

Add the bread flour, ensuring it covers the liquid ingredients.

Make a small well in the center of the flour and add the yeast.

Set the bread machine to the dough cycle and start.
