Ingredients

  • 10 g garlic
  • 10 g ginger
  • 2 green onions
  • 60 ml hoisin sauce
  • 45 ml honey
  • 30 ml rice vinegar
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 15 ml sesame oil
  • 15 g sesame seeds
  • 60 ml soy sauce

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
Step 3
Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the sauce mixture over them. Make sure the fillets are well coated.
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Step 5
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
