  • 500 g all-purpose flour
  • 3 g fresh yeast
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 10 g salt
  • 325 ml water

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.

Dissolve the fresh yeast in the water.

Gradually add the yeast mixture to the flour, mixing until a dough forms.

Add olive oil and knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
