Cherry Bounce is a classic homemade liqueur made from fresh cherries, sugar, and your favorite alcohol. It's perfect for sipping or adding to cocktails.

  • 750 ml alcohol
  • 450 g cherries
  • 200 g sugar

Directions

Step 1
Wash and pit the cherries.
Step 2
Place the cherries in a large glass jar.
Step 3
Add the sugar to the jar and mix well with the cherries.
Step 4
Pour the alcohol over the cherry and sugar mixture.
Step 5
Seal the jar tightly and shake well to combine.
Step 6
Store the jar in a cool, dark place for at least 2 months, shaking occasionally.
Step 7
After aging, strain the liquid into a clean bottle, discarding the cherries.
Step 8
Serve the Cherry Bounce neat or use it in cocktails.
