Ingredients

  • 1 carrot
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 green onions
  • 100 g green peas
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 300 g rice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Add the minced garlic and diced carrot, and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until the carrot is tender.
Step 3
Push the carrot and garlic to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
Step 4
Add the cooked rice, green peas, and chopped green onions to the skillet. Stir-fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Pour the soy sauce over the rice mixture, and season with salt and pepper. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
Step 6
Continue to stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is well mixed and heated through.
Step 7
