Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place small mounds of shredded cheese (about 1 tablespoon each) on the parchment paper. Leave some space between each mound as they will spread.

Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese melts and turns golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let the cheese crisps cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
