  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the diced potatoes and cook until they start to soften and turn golden, about 10 minutes.

Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic, and cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Stir in the diced ham, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is well combined and heated through.
