  • 2 g black pepper
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 5 g dried oregano
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 30 g fresh parsley
  • 100 g kalamata olives
  • 60 ml lemon juice
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 240 g orzo pasta
  • 0.5 red onion
  • 5 g salt

Directions

Step 1
Cook the orzo pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the cooked orzo, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, kalamata olives, and feta cheese.
Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Step 4
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Step 5
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve chilled or at room temperature.
