  • 113 g butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
