  • 30 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 2 g black pepper
  • 30 g brown sugar
  • 15 ml dijon mustard
  • 5 g dried rosemary
  • 5 g dried thyme
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 1 kg pork tenderloin
  • 60 ml soy sauce

Directions

Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, dried rosemary, dried thyme, and black pepper to create the marinade.
Step 2
Place the pork tenderloin in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring it is evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for best results.
Step 3
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 4
Remove the pork from the marinade and place it on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Discard the remaining marinade.
Step 5
Roast the pork in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).
Step 6
Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
