  • 28 oz canned diced tomatoes
  • 15 oz cannellini beans
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 4 cups kale
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup small pasta
  • 6 cups vegetable broth

Directions

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 8 minutes.
