  • 300 g corn kernels
  • 800 g diced tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 400 g kidney beans
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 30 g taco seasoning
  • 250 ml tomato sauce
  • 500 ml water

Directions

Step 1
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain the excess fat.
Step 2
Transfer the cooked beef to the slow cooker.
Step 3
Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, kidney beans, corn kernels, diced tomatoes with juice, tomato sauce, taco seasoning, water, and salt to the slow cooker.
Step 4
Stir well to combine all ingredients.
Step 5
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
