  • 210 g all-purpose flour
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 4 g baking soda
  • 110 g brown sugar
  • 2 g cinnamon
  • 1 g cloves
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 g ginger
  • 60 ml milk
  • 1 g nutmeg
  • 225 g pumpkin puree
  • 1 g salt
  • 200 g sugar
  • 120 ml vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.

In a large bowl, mix the sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until well combined. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Stir in the pumpkin puree and milk until the mixture is smooth.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
