- 240 ml buttermilk
- 240 ml cool whip
- 200 g fudge stripe cookies
- 102 g instant vanilla pudding mix
- 280 g mandarin oranges
- 560 g pineapple chunks
Directions
Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together the buttermilk and instant vanilla pudding mix until smooth and thickened.

Gently fold in the cool whip until well combined.
Step 3
Add the drained pineapple chunks and mandarin oranges to the mixture and stir to combine.

Just before serving, fold in the crushed fudge stripe cookies.
