Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions.

In a small saucepan, combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool.

Fold the vinegar mixture into the cooked rice and let it cool to room temperature.

Place a nori sheet on a bamboo sushi mat. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top edge.

Place strips of imitation crab meat, cream cheese, cucumber, and avocado along the bottom edge of the rice.

Using the bamboo mat, carefully roll the sushi tightly from the bottom to the top, sealing the edge with a little water.

Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.

Serve the sushi rolls with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.
