  • 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 240 ml milk
  • 225 grams pasta
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Sprinkle the flour over the butter and garlic, stirring constantly to form a roux. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the flour is lightly browned.
