  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.

Stir in the heavy cream and let the sauce simmer for another 2-3 minutes, until slightly thickened.
