  • 1 carrot
  • 0.5 cup cilantro
  • 200 grams crab meat
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 0.5 cup mint leaves
  • 0.5 red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 12 spring roll wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Directions

Step 1
In a bowl, mix the crab meat, carrot, cucumber, red bell pepper, cilantro, and mint leaves.
Step 2
In a separate small bowl, combine the soy sauce, lime juice, sriracha, sugar, and minced garlic to make the sauce.
Step 3
Dip a spring roll wrapper in warm water for about 10 seconds to soften. Lay it flat on a clean surface.
Step 4
Place a small amount of the crab mixture in the center of the wrapper. Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to seal the filling.
Step 5
Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
Step 6
Serve the spring rolls with the prepared dipping sauce.
